First time Misdemeanor?

I was charged with a class A, 3rd Degree Misdemeanor. I have a clan record and never been introuble with the law. What do you think will be my sentence?

I pulled off a fake bomb threat to a friend. He didn't press charges but the state did. I guess for costing them money by dragin out all the Cops and Bomb Squads. I got arrested and got released with a $500 Bail

By definition, a misdemeanor can not result in more than 1 year in jail. The low end is probation. Without knowing the actual charge, or where you are, it is hard to say more.
