and if you still get along with everyone, how did you overcome such powerful influences of hate and develop your own mind and opinions of people without bias. Did you have a certain experience that changed you or did you always think that your family was wrong?

Black children are rasied to HATE white people from babies up (like you). My wife teaches little black kids at 5 years old...their parents are all racist..and hate my wife for being white and their kids at 5 years old hate whites, Jews, Spanish..

i have always believe that they were wrong from the beginning.
that is why my father and i have not spoken since i was 17 years old. i fell in love with a black man.
i am now married to a black man and we have a total of 6 children between the 2 of us and you know what i would never change 1 thing about it. i just wished he could know his grandchildren before it was too late. i do send pictures at times but what he does with them i may never know.

im white my father is from arkansas back in the day
he says that when dr. king got killed that he got beat down in the riots. still has gravel in his head.so he is a devout prejedicuel man and i was brought up the same way some time in my early 20s i met a black man named john mixon.
him and his family invited me over for dinner on a regular basis he even co-signed a car for me.that was when i realized that the whole black white thing was somone else fight,as well as i understand that things still arnt even bettween the races but think that alot of predjudice is brought on by attitude such as young white/black males who just on skin color are always ready to lock it up so it's hard to cross over but as i get older i give evryone the benifite of doubt and don't hate because of color but wont stand around and be bad mouthed eithier my argument has always been there were white folks on the underground railroad helping out to hide and feed the blacks during there bid for freedom at great risk to themselves and think that if evryone remmeber's this fact maybe we can all get along better
so i say
all whites arnt bad or good
all blacks arnt bad or good
evryone is equal to me until they decide we have a race problem.
iv run into blacks i don't like but iv run inot my fair share of whites i don't care for eithier evry race has a group of undesriables thats just the nature of life
take evryone as an individule and maybe we can all get along

My parents never said a word about racism, yet i am very racist towards blaks. i grew up around blaks, and that is how I became racist, racists are not born, racist are not taught, racist are made. Now, thirty years later, everything I read, every time I watch the news, my opinions are only reinforced. I cannot pretend that we are the same, and I can't understand those who can pretend, it must be very difficult
