There are people I have a connection with that goes beyond this life. In that, they are soulmates.
If you're talking romantically, if I do then I haven't met them yet.

Yep! Met the rascal over the net when I was 35. First time I'd ever travelled somewhere to meet a guy like that. Been together for 5 years in a challenging, fantastic, loving, monogamous relationship, the first 2 1/2 years of which were long distance (he lives in Prague). The sex continues to be fantastic, and we get closer every day.

Well I certainly hope so otherwise I've just wasted a lot of my life. Seriously though, I do believe in soulmates, I just haven't found mine yet.

In human terms soulmate refers to one's spouse. It does not go outside of that relationship

Yes, I have 2. I believe there can be more than one soul mate in your life, as I've found that soul mates don't necessarily HAVE to be romantic in nature. I have a very good friend whom I believe is a soul mate, everything that implies EXCEPT the romantic. But in the traditional sense, my husband is most defintely my soul mate.

Soz ! I don't think so. I've been with my fella for 20yrs and we are like chalk and cheese. I love him and he loves me, but there are no great meetings of minds or anything like ! We will stay together as long as we both want to and that is that ...... no pressure and that's how I like it !

I have many friends that are soul partners to me but my boyfriend, future husband Joe is my true soul mate. He "gets" me when I don't have to say a word. He knows when I am upset or unsettled before I say anything. He is my amazing best friend too.
