Pasta the night before is great. If you have any vitamin pills take a potasium and maginesium will have prevent cramping and increase blood flow. Day of the game pancakes nd oatmeal for breakfast. Lunch peanut butter n bannana sandwich. You will feel great all day.

I like peanut butter an hour before a game and a banana to prevent cramping...

dude. a freaking banana won't fill you. somewhat consume banana, cereal, and piece of toast with peanut butter and then yogurt or sum like that damn that sounds solid stunning bout now

some pork chops lol jk. A medium size sandwich would do good. Just make sure it dont fill you up cuz u'll get cramps.

id say in terms of food trail mix its great stuff for energy and powerade is a great bevarage for loads of energy.
