I want to buy halo 2 for windows but am not sure my system can handle it, and plus i just want to know if it can handle any games. My system specs are:
-WIndows Vista Primium
-NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
-623 MB of graphics memory
-1.88 GB of RAM

So i need to upgrade my video chip, also i have AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor. SO the last Q is well Halo 2 for PC run smoothly or crapy and if so can i also play games like Unreal or battlefield 2142? Sorry am new to PC games.

Your video card is absolute garbage, nothing I can say to better describe it. You need a graphics card update for sure, else you will not be playing any games made within the last several years.

Matt is right. Your computer has just an integrated video chipset. It will not run current games properly. You will need to buy a separate video card that exceeds Halo's minimum specs. Just make sure you know what type of empty expansion slots that you have.

Shame on the previous Yahoo responders (before Matt). They were making stuff up.

By the way, if you ever do bring your pc up to high gaming specs, then you may want to consider playing Command & Conquer 3. The graphics on the high-end effects are awesome.

to the person who said its a bad video card thumbs down its not a video card its a video chip thumbs down to you and as for you i would upgrade a cheap card like 7600gs or 7600gt there both cheap cards that work on most all powersupply and they should run that game find
