This completely depends on why she had to tell you to leave? What did you do? Something really wrong?
Do you want to save the relationship or do you just want to see the children?
All I would do now is mail a card or letter with all that you want her to know. I don't know if it's how sorry you are, how much you want to be with the babies, how much you love her, etc. It did happen only 3 days ago, so it's still new. Just handle it like a man, with some class.
Remember: "You get out of this world, what you put into it"

Not technically until you get an order of support in place. If you go to Friend of the Court and ask that an order of support be put in place and ask for visitation, you'll get a hearing and a judge will likely set everything up. At that time, you'll also need to decide what kind of custody arrangement you want. Since you're not married, you don't have to pay the bills AND support, but it would be nice so your daughters have heat and water.

Get an attorney ... NOW.
1. you didn't have to leave, but obviously is a gentleman enough to do so...(unless there is a specific reason why you had to leave...always 2 sides to a story)...
2. How long have you two been together...if there are no common law 'spouse' laws in your state...you may not have to pay her anything except child support.
3. You need to find out how you will have to file for is custody, child support and visitation. In my state those are separate issues...so if my husband and I broke up ... HE would have to file for visitation rights, I would have to file for child support (I would be the custodial parent due to his job)...
Even if you two get back together (3 days isn't a long time) find out what you rights are! and find out if she trys to kick you out again (and it wasn't warranted...meaning no fighting/affair) you need to make sure you know that law regarding eviction.

That is the biggest mistake a mother can make...to withhold their children from their fathers. You definitely need to get a lawyer-that's for sure. Then he'll tell you the rest of the procedures of what you gotta do. You do need to hold off for at least a week or so. You never know-y'all may work it out.
