I'm mostly worried about the video card. I think it's time to buy a new computer if it can't run it.

Bah, I forgot to say I already upgraded my ram with another 512 megabytes.

It might run it, but it won't run it well at all. You need more RAM, and yes that video card is junk. If you put the game on the low settings, you might get it to run without lag, but that is the best you can hope for.

you should be able to run it, bot since your processor is slow to decent and your ram is on the low side, it might not run very well, plus you do have a decent graphics card, but if you put the graphics and details on high the game will look very pixelated and not run smooth, recommended upgrade on ram then graphics; if you can afford a new pc, decent dual core processor, atleast 1GB ram, and a modern doesnt have to be super expensive graphics card and you should be in good shape
