That is one of several saltwater fish that are called lionfish. Here's some good info about that one:

FIRST OF ALL GETTING A LION FISH IS A VERY BAD IDEA unless you like going to the hospital!

but if you want one they look very cool but make sure that all your aquariums features are the way you want them so you dont go putting your hand in the tank they attack by accident not on purpose!!!

make shure you get a scrub brush with a LONG handel i would get the filter in the link they need almost no mantnance at all ive had mine in my tank for 5 months and i havent even had to clean it out. then get a salinity tester the bober stile ones are the best that way you dont have to take out water a small heater... you dont need anything magnificent just a 10 gallon 1 and maby some live rock. as for gravel the live gravel is good for the ballence for your aquarium.

good luck

The first thing to know is that they are usually called lionfish. They eat live feeders usually, and will also eat any smaller tankmates. They are highly venemous, but it is rare for death to occur. If you are ever stung, place the area that was stung (usually your hand or wrist) under the hottest water you can stand. The heat breaks down the chemical composition of the venom. I have never been stung, but several people that I work with have been. They say it is like a nasty wasp sting. If you are allergic to wasp stings, I would strongly suggest that you avoid keeping one of these.

Thats a lion fish, and is highly poisonous, but very beautiful. I wouldn't put him in anything smaller than a 75 gallon tank, especially if you are going to keep other fish in there with him.
