I think it depends on my mood. Lately, I've been craving for some fish and chips: salty crunch with a squeeze of lemon, never mind the tartar sauce, yes please to the ketchup! Oh, and can I get a lemonade with that please?

I broil a steak 3 times a week. I make it with Red potatoes, and portabello mushrooms.
