Depends.
If the velocity of the bullet is luminal, then the mass of the bullet is zero.
If the bullet is in a box, then then velocity is probably zero.
Hope that helped.

Is the bullet moving? If it's not moving, it has a velocity of zero. If it is moving, it has a different velocity.
You have not provided us with any information that could be used to determine either one of these things. Different 22-caliber bullets will have different masses. And obviously some of them are moving, while many of them are not.

22 CB cap? 22short? 22long?, 22long rifle?, 22magnum?, 22Hornet?, .223 remington? or .22-250?
also the muzzle velocity is dependant of the length of the barrel of the weapon and the propellant charge.
ex. a 22LR fired from a 6inch barrelled pistol has a muzzle velocity or approx 1000fps (feet per second) while a 22LR fired from a 20 inch barrelled rifle has a muzzle velocity of approx 2000fps. while a 22-250 has a mv of a whopping 5000fps! the 223 remington wt is usually 55 gms so I need more info to answer this question.
