i've heard a lot of people call themselfes mormon on Yahoo answers and I'm completly confused on what they mean!! I've never heard that term in my 17 years of life on Earth. So what mormon mean?

It is a world wide religion with 12 Million+ members. In the US, they have the highest concentrations in the Western USA.
Mormons are Christians as well.

Its a bizarre religeon practiced mainly in Utah . The followers of it are not tolerant of gays . They beleive in golden plates brought by angels with egyptian writing on them . Stuff like that .
