If an individual is sending abusive or insulting messages then they are committing offences under the telecommunications act. Report it to the police. Alternatively hey may be warned under the harassment act which is more likely. It should put a stop to their behaviour. Make sure you keep the messages and a note including date and time of any other behaviour towards you.
