Neil Peart from Rush would be pretty cool. I could just imagine him playing Moby ****.

I remember talk of Jason Bonham his son joining the group. This was before John Paul Jones backed out and it became a reunion tour of Robert Plant and Jimmy Page. I've never heard Jason play so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say favorite current drummer, Dave Grohl.

How about Jason Bonham--he played a couple of the reunion type gigs. Phil Collins filled in at Live Aid, he's no slouch.
Be hard to find another rhythm head like Bonzo... I guess that's why Page & Plant use studio guys for their solo work.

me!...just kidding...I WISH!!!...he is the best ever. I never really thought about it ...but I could see Alex Van Halen...just because on some songs he can get that pounding "tone" ..that makes it sound like he's using small baseball bats for sticks...like Bonham...Tommy Lee was pretty good at that too....but you're talking about replacing a legend...that's tough!

Jason Bonham. John's Kid. There is noone else that deserves to be in that throne. There are many that can play the music, but he literally needs to be there if it happens.
