Are the files available somewhere online? Is this problem easy to repair?

You can try to perform a system restore back to a save point before the files were deleted....

I'd go to their website and ask them what to do. If you don't agree with that, you could try using a bittorrent client to download the xp files, burn them to a cd, and then reinstall. The second option would be much harder than the first so I'd recommend trying their help center first.

look for the i386 folder on your computer - this has a copy of the windows installation files. many times this will work.
