Why doesn't anyone believe in vampires anymore? There is always a possibility, right? So why do people automatically close their minds to the idea of it?

So many people make up the far fetch versions of vampires. Although they could easily exist. All they really do is drink blood. Although they wouldn't turn into a bat and fly out the door. Some people believe in drinking blood for youth and a woman actually did that and that gives a line for a vampire. I dont see why people don't belive that vampires do exist.

Well most people don't want to believe in vampires anymore because they think that they don't exist. And because they don't see the way of a vampire like we do. Our minds have so much information about vampire because of what we read and what we believe in. People just don't see it like we do .....you know what I'm trying to say?

BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE SO IGNORANT AND THEY LIVE IN THEIR SAFE AREA/BOX. AND ANYTHING THEY DO NOT SEE OR IT IS PROVED TO THEM THEY DO NOT BELIEVE. BUT WHEN THEY EXPERIENCE IT THEN THEY DO. VAMPIRES STILL EXISTS. BUT THEY HAVE MOVED AWAY FROM THE CITIES LIKE ALL OTHER ENTITIES AND CREATURES HAVE DONE-SO THEY CAN SURVIVE. PLUS TODAY VAMPIRES CAN SURVIVE ON AS LITTLE AS DROP OF BLOOD FOR A DAY AND IT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE TO BE HUMAN. THEY ARE AWAY FROM THE CITY COZ THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH DOING THINGS LIKE THAT-PLUS THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE DRINK DRINK BLOOD AS THEY HAVE LEARNED A NEW WAY-BY DRAINING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR ENERGY-THEY ARE CALLED BIO-VAMPIRES. THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT KINDS OF VAMPIRES AND PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE AND YOU DON'T KNOW THAT SHUT YOUR MOUTH COZ YOU ARE A HERD AND YOU ONLY BELIEVE WHAT YOU ARE TOLD AND YOU ARE NOT AN INDIVIDUAL. JUST GO IN MOUNTAIN VILLAGE IN EUROPE WHERE THERE LESS THAN 15 HOUSES, STAY THERE FOR A WEEK, WALK AROUND DURING THE NIGHT OR JUST LOOK OUT OF YOUR WINDOW AND THEN YOU WILL TELLING A DIFFERENT STORY. THE REASON PEOPLE EXPERIENCED SUCH THING DO NOT COME OUT AND SAY ANYTHING IS BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDER THEM TO BE CRAZY OR MAD.

Because it is ridiculous. There is no possibility that a corpse is going to get up and drink someone's blood. People don't believe in vampires because we're no longer superstitious peasants crouching in front of the fire somewhere. Most of us, anyway.
Anyone who thinks vampires are real needs a serious reality check and a big dose of growing up.

Sure, there's always a possibility. I'd just prefer not to believe there are things out there that go around killing people by biting them and drinking all there blood. Although, I must admit two of my favorite tv characters are vampires (Angel and Spike from the Buffyverse).

There are plenty of people who either believe they exist or at least have an open mind about it.
I'm not sure about the immortal/ superhuman kind, but I try to be open-minded about them. However, I do believe in psi- and sang- vampires.
There are also those who don't actually need it, but still drink blood and consider themselves vampires.

Because it is in the best interest of the vampires to stay a myth ,besides they work for the goverment in a special branch called the I.R.S and the goverment protects thier own till they are no longer needed.

Well it is because people are fascinated with vampires but they still have a great fear of them... And vampires do exist no matter what many people say or they may believe.... Also you should not be afraid to say what you believe in because of the people that will dis-agree with you... Live free..................

Oh well, they're human. I'm a vampire a perfectly capable of believing in myself, a small joke, ha-ha. But really, if you close your mind to it, then how will we ever be known? I drink animal-blood for an alternative, so you won't have to worry about me tracking you down. Goodnight.

theres no proof what so ever so people think of it as childish.
but theres no proof so why not believe?
its like ghost but ghost have been seen in pics...
I've heard of people saying that they're ''VAMPIRES" and really drink blood and all but its usually hoaxes.
Ya never know what wonders the face of the earth! its like the 8th wonder the world VAMPIRES!!!
