As I watched my older brother, Gerard, manuever through the crowd, stopping every now and then to talk to someone, I realized how lucky he is. All through middle school, and his 9th and 10th grade years, he has been popular, and gotten all the girls, while I, the unpopular little brother Mikey, get nothing. I guess it's just because I'm your typical nerd. Mom put me through counseling, and trust me, I've been through many counselers. They all say the same things. 'Quiet; Keeps to himself;' Well now it's my turn. I'm going to make this my year.
