I try to get up and actually do things rather then sitting back and hoping they will happen.

When I spend (which is of late) too much time sitting and thinking about the things I want or have to do, my weigh scale starts screaming at me to get up and do. So i then get up and go. :) so its half and half/not a bad mix

Both - I sit and think about it, make a plan. Then I get up and do it.

I for one, actually do them. I hate procrastination, and I always get the job done, except, ahhhhhhhhh, when I have to clean the bathroom, but, I still do it, Mom taught me well, or I couldn't walk for a week.lol have a good night.

Most of the time I sit and think about them first.....give myself a pep talk.....think about it somemore....then go get it done.
Unless of course it's an emergency.

Both. Think, take action, think take more action. When I was younger I took action more but did less thinking.
