Yes, it is possible. The egg is fertilized in the falopian tube and by the time it makes its way down to the uterus to implant, your lining (which is what makes you bleed) could have already regenerated itself.

some swear this is possible, I don't believe it, provided all things are working properly, many believe the egg breaks down and signals the uterus and ovaries to start the menses!
in addition if the endometrium is shedding the egg can not implant!
