The fist time I used this drive I used it on my girlfriends mac and it worked no broblems, but then I used it on my PC at home and it worked fine. But the next time I tried to use it on the Mac it would only load the U3 CD icon and will not launch or show the actual drive icon I have reformated the drive to FAT32 and it has not changed how it functions on the Mac ( unresponsive). Please help me its quite a nuisances. Thanks

Try using the disk utility on the Mac to format it.

Well did you drop it at all or did you get it wet? Also, have you stored it anywhere particularly humid/hot/cold? And, hopefully this isnt the case, but did you load a file onto it with a virus in it somewhere? Any of those could be the cause to why it stopped working. You should be able to call SanDisk and tell them the problem and they will fix/replace it if it is under warranty. Those are expesinve so you should pursue all options before buy another.
