im 5"10 im 16 and start varsity...im a pg and can dunk...heres the vertical routine that i guaranteee you will give you success...grab some hand weights... like 15-25 lbs and stand on the edge of some stairs with the ball of your feet on the edge of a stair...go up and down 30 times, then go to an area on the outside of your house that you can barely reach when you jump as high as possible. mark it. start a timer and jump up and touch it as many times as you can in 30 seconds. as soon as you hit the ground make sure to explode up as fast as possible...do both of those 3 times each in simultaneous order...and do this 5 days a week...itll hurt like hell, but trust me it works...if your getting cramps while doing this make sure to eat a banana or 2 before doing it

You have to let nature take care of your height, but you can do squats and leg exercises to help you with your squats.
