I can't connect to my wi-fi?

I just got a nintendo wi-fi usb connector, the connection test was good. But, when I actually connect I get the error code 61070. I use Intel(R) Pro/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection, version 9.0.2.25. What is wrong with it?

According to many sources on the web error code 61070 means the nintendo servers are full or down.
