Hm. American Psycho is a close one. But then there is Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street, the list could go on. Love them all. But I CANNOT STAND Child's Play. I get so freaked out by Chucky.

The Entity. It's an older movie from the late 70's about a woman who is physically attacked, raped and beaten by an unseen entity. It's one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen.
