deliberately posting many questions about Vitters and much of the righties response has been it's his business, private matter, who are you to judge,etc......
Just like LIBERALS have been saying for DECADES...
Not that they believe it -it's just to protect their republican flank - but it's horrifically fascinating to watch how they attempt to turn the tables from their Bible Thumping condemnations of everyone else.
Is their Hope for them yet though?

Never treat our representatives as "guilty until proved innocent". It's contemptible and definitely not patriotic.

If they are found guilty, then they are worthy of our contempt, regardless of the side.

However, I refuse to flout some politically bigoted position by blaming a whole party for the fall of a representative. I've lived more than five years, thank you, I've see it happen to all sides. They're rare compared to the total number of representatives (statistically, our politicians come our rather saintly compared to the general public figures for crime).

Let the courts do their job. Enough of this nonsense.

Now if he confessed, it's over. Same with Jefferson. Until then, let the courts do their job. No more political bigotry.

ROFL!

I'm a defector. My feelings are that if he did something unlawful, let him fry and the rest of them can fry also.

If he gave money to an 'illegal' escort service for their services, he's not above the law. :)
