Superior Court? Family Court or District?
I feel most of the time they are fair and accurate.
What are your thoughts on this subject.Thank you in advance for your answers.

It is a very overburdened and complex system. It is one that has come a very long way but still has a long way to go. Too many factors, budgetary issues and even the law keeps the system from truly protecting the victims and punishing those who deserve it.

NO!! However the only experience I have had is in PA and VA. PA juvenile and domestic seemed to stick to written rules and guidelines. OK, you know where you stand. VA seems to be allowed to do whatever they want. Ignore guidelines and make their own decisions. Could it be that in PA judges are elected but in VA the are appointed, does that make the difference? Where do you find help for fair equitable and just decisions for all parties involved when dealing with either J & D or the District Attorneys in Virginia??

I think the courts are fair. Generally we only hear about possible failures of the system.

Yes. They are fair as fair goes. Everyone has their criticisms but our justice system is probably the most fair justice system in the world.

It's a fair system, but sometimes corruption defeats the purpose.
