Okay I fell from my horse and landed on my arm I think. But it hurts when I move it up or down and it is really stiff. I take ibuprofen but it doesnt do anything. It is my right arm + im right handed. What should i do? I have a horse show on sat.?!?!

Have you iced it? If not, put ice on it and then use a heating pad each night when you go to bed, that should help the stiffness. If you stretch it each day, that will also help the stiffness and you might be able to make the horse show. Good luck!

Go to an emergency room to see if you have broken anything. Be aware that you do not need to have a limb pointing in a strange direction to have a fracture. There are two bones in each part of the arm. One could be broken and the other holding the arm in place. There is also the possibility of a Greenstick fracture (a crack where the bones do not separate.) It is a lot better to have a cast than a disfigurement. Besides, if you do have a fracture and a cast, you will get the sympathy vote at the horse show.

Ok this is what you do get so ice in a bag hold it on for 25 min. then off for 2 hours do it 3 times then go sit in a hot tub for 45 min. af ter that do the ice again twice do this for 2 days and you should be ok and drink lots apple jusice and eat lots of eggs its a old family secret that im passing to you so do it and you will be fine

sounds like a sprain, make a sling, dump the horse show.
