If it was me, I would check with my doctor. If it is a migraine you may be prescribe something to take on an ongoing basis to avoid getting them. There different categories of medications that work for the same thing and you want to make sure you get the one that is less likely to hurt your baby. Second, what if its not a migraine? Headaches could be a sign of other problems, like high blood pressure etc...
Call your doctor and good luck!

Aspirin was OK'd for me. That's what I take and will continue to take. Tylenol doesn't do a damn thing for migraines (or anything else for that matter IMHO). Get the OK from your doc though. Sometimes they will switch you to Tylenol with Codeine especially if you are getting close to delivery where aspirin is becoming too risky. Aspirin thins the blood which can increase bleeding problems.

i suffer from severe migraines and my doctor prescribed tylenol 3 with codeine for me throughout my pregnancy. Most people implied i was a horrible mom for taking that, but they don;t know my situation and as far as i know none of them have a medical degree like my doctor. Talk to yours and find out what he considered safe during pregnancy, many doctors have different thoughts on the subject.

You can take regular strength tylenol or extra strength tylenol.
Try also a cold compress on the forehead as well as the above.
Lay down and do relaxation breathing.
If none of those works call your doctor and they can prescribe a med for you.

Tylenol. Of course, that just takes the edge off.
Get a massage and take a nap, then take more Tylenol.

I know you can take Tylenol throughout your whole pregnancy. If you need something stronger I would check with your doctor first.
