1. the fashion industry would make a killing. people would want things that differentiated them so they'd be more readily identifiable.
anyone who could afford it would probably want 10 outfits that were nearly identical, so people would see the closthes and think, "oh, there's STEVE!
2. marriages might be more successful since a potential spouse would be chosen via the personality as opposed to looks.
there'd also likely be fewer divorves brought about by cheating.

I would say tribes nd religions would not exist anymore.
Everyone would either believe in the same thing or believe in nothing at all.
We would all work the same amount of time and get the same amount of pay.
it would be like a computer we would all work mechanically to help keep the whole city running.

Boring, Confusing and sooner or later there would appear one brilliant idea to pierce or tatoo something and that would make us different, then headpieces would appear in different colors and everyone would be able to set themselves apart from the crowd.

it would be very boring... i'm a people watcher i like just watching people as they go about there business. there would be less interaction between people i think (in terms of flirting and engaging people)
