I just found a penny from 1945, is that worthy anything?

The 1945 cent has a mintage of 1,040,515,000 so you see it is far from being a scarce item. It can usually be found in a dealers wheat cent box for .02 to .05 cents.Even in mint state it is worth only about .75 cents in MS-64. The .75 is what a dealer would pay. It is best to just keep it, the only place the price can go is up. It is an end of World War II cent and a better future was on the horizon for many. It was a sad year for others in war torn Europe and Japan. The coin has more value as a historic item than a money one.

it's probably worth between 10¢ and 20¢.

Here's a website where you can look it up.
