What kinda pads or tampons do you girls use??because I use always and it does not help and so give me some of your kinds.please...thanks

Tampons-Playtex Gentle Glide[[they are really comfy and don't hurt. u can not even feel them]]
Pads-Always[[they work for me. i would get a thicker kind]]

StayFree is great. I use to use Always until one day I borrowed a pad from my niece. I fell in love and said goodbye to Always forever. But if you want tampons, Tampax Pearl are the best. When you do buy pads, get overnight maxi- they're thin, but large and will catch all of the flow with no problem.

I have used Kotex and Stayfree before but prefer Always. They have different product lines to help with the period when it comes to how heavy it is. It could be the particular kind of strength of the pad may not be enough to help deal with the flow of your period.
As for tampons when I used them I used Ob. I preferred them to Tampax because I didn't have to worry about the applicator being a problem.

ob is great cuz you have a lot of control where the tampon goes. if u want an applicator, i'd suggest platex gentle glide. i had a problem with pearls. i use always for pads, so can't help you there
