Maybe we could go one better and ban them from returning to planet Earth?
It would still leave the question of whether there is intelligent life outside our planet as a wide open one.

Don't talk daft of course not! They are entilted to come and go as they please as does Rod Stewart, Madonna, Sting, Cliff Richard so why try and impose restrictions on these two?
I know it's jealousy again. Anyone who makes good in the UK is sneered at. It's a damn disgrace.
