I swear they enjoy giving all of those violation notices. Half of the time it's not even for a legitimate reason.

Well when there are so many people involved with different cultures, beliefs and backgrounds, there should be some kind of check on it. And that is what they are doing. It is not personal but a social reason to do it.

No they are so stupid they are funny. I think they are a group of junior high school drop outs.
