no u cant , and i have tried as i get stuck in traffic between watford and heathrow on a daily basis and have tried. anything to while away the time waiting for another sodding lorry to be recovered

Could be - but only on a clear day - and as we haven't had any of those recently no-one knows where it could be visible from!

Ask again when the global warming thing hits with sun instead of rain! There might be a hill with a decent telescope at the side of the car park (oh - sorry - I mean motorway - obviously)

I am not sure but I think it may be possible from the stretch between the Watford junction and the Uxbridge junction. I will probably go along there in the next few days I will look. If I remember

No, you can't see it from the M25 but you can see it from the North Circular Road, also known as the A406. Travelling anti-clockwise, you will clearly see the now-famous arch on your right hand side but please don't drive into the car in front of you!!
