I am purchasing a property under my corporation name and I was told I need a "Resolution authorizing the Corporation and party signing the Purchase Agreement to act on behalf of Corporation in this transaction." I understand this agreement is needed so I can purchase property on behalf of the corporation but Can anyone please tell me if they know where I may obtain one from, even if it costs me. Thank you.

What is your email address? I work for an online business that specializes in business forms. I might be able to find what you are looking for.

well i assume you have already looked online ? surely it's available online somewhere but barring that - check your local "document centers" they usually keep every type of form imaginable there
