you can walk on your knees.... sit down in indian style position with your knees facing outward and your feet folded inward on top of you thighs and put your hands behind your back or in front of you and prop yourself on your knees and walk.. wobbly at first but you can do it,, just practice and balance

You'd have to either get prosthetics or a wheelchair. You can't walk on stumps
