It means "Do it the California Way" Depending on which part of the state you live in that could mean several different things. I am a native and live in the most Northern part of California- Natives do not call it "Cali" And Northern California is WAY more laid back than Southern-Two completely different lifestyles;) There are no tanned, bleached hair and capped teeth personalities up here. No one cares what you drive or wear and everyone is friendly. Emphasis is on education, the environment and relaxation with friends and family. No doubt they are referring to the southern California lifestyle-Keep in mind most who perpetuate this model are not originally from this state. Kinda gives the whole group a bad rap.
