Everytime I pop in a DVD or CD my powerbook ejects it. Im not sure why. Tried to troubleshoot no luck, any suggestions?

Assuming it used to work, it's a dirty or failed drive and the Powerbook can't read the disk, so it ejects it. That drive is a real bear to replace, and G4s are very prone to failure anyway. Most of ours have gone bad. If you want to stay with Macs, the Intel macbooks are much faster and more reliable machines, and you can add Windows to them. I'm typing on one now.
