i think its an event that just came out in japan, but if its not in the US yet then does anyone know the action replay DS code for it or any websites that may have it?

Type down "Pokemon diamond action replay codes" in google
and go to the first link it should be supercheats.com they have every code you can think of!!

To get the azure flute put the code and before going in any pokemart, press L+R. then go in and talk to the green guy

There is no way to get it without cheating at this time. It will be released at a future Nintendo event (so they can get ur money).
Use action replay to get it.
