I just had augmentation surgery. How long before I am as sensitive as I was before?

It can take up to 6 months for all of the swelling to go away, and for the implants to settle. But, if there was any nerve damage, you might not ever have the same level of sensitivity. You'll just have to wait and see.

I haven't had augmentation. But my cousin had it a year and a half ago and she still doens't have all of the sensation back. It obviously could take a while. But, apparently it differs from woman to woman.

With any type of breast surgery it could take months.

Patience. It may come back.
