I would say that this is a good thing.
There is beauty in every woman, and I am sure that your friend was implying the positive aspects of Lindsay Lohans appearence. She has nice, evenly proportioned facial features, pretty eyes and a lovely shade of auburn/red hair.

If your friend was talking about Lindsay Lohan of yesteryear, is a guy and happened to be slobbering at the time, you should definitely kick his a**. But besides that, you can take it as a mixed compliment.

depends on if you think LL is attractive... I personally don't, but that is because good ol' Firecrotch is always in the papers for doing something stupid... Her personality clouds her apperence... At least she seems to be taking rehab seriously...
