This is a silly question, but I'll ask anyway.

Is it normal to have a pouch belly at 14 weeks(actually I will be 14 weeks this Saturday) ? My belly is not firm, it is soft...before I was pregnant I had a pretty firm tummy....so this is different for me....My legs and everything are still the same size....how was it for you? Thanks!

*this is my first pregnancy and first baby...it is all so exciting.

very normal. You will start to show soon, but your tummy will not get really firm unitl 20+ weeks. Good luck!

My baby is 10 mths old and although I never had much of a pouch belly to begin with, it's still a tad soft there. Breastfeeding helps obviously with the extra fat but if it's just a toned belly you're lacking, sit-ups is your only answer. No quick fix there I'm afraid. Probably not the answer you were looking for! Best of luck anyway x

when i got pregnant...my stomach was always hard on top and soft on the bottom. It didn't harden up til later on around the 23rd week or so. and the only thing on me that is big is my belly. MY LEGS and ARMS and face are still the same. I don't even look pregnant from the back but til i turn around you see my belly.
