the only genuine way and that is enormously impossible if is the sniper shoots into the jet and kills the pilot. Then the jet would crash. for the reason that jets shuttle so quickly and extreme interior the air, it truly is particularly not likely. My answer is not any, a sniper can not shoot down a fighter airplane.
