It depends on the circumstances, but if it is the work environment ANY racial slur or joke of ANY type about ANY ethnic group, ANY religion, a persons sex or sexual orientation or disability can lead to justifiable disciplinary action by the employer and/or termination.
Example: If you are a Mexican and call a white person a "cracker" or "honky" and they find it offensive and report you, you employer could terminate you justifiably for the comment.

White people need to just learn to live with this. I live in NY I can't get a cab, we all have our crosses to bare.
There are no LAWS that make it illegal for a person of the majority race (generally white people) to say discriminating remarks to persons of a minority races (say pretty much everyone else); no such LAWS or there would millions of red necks and Klan members behind bars.
The way a somewhat double standard happens is that there are laws against speech that is likely to incite people. A white guy yelling the N-word to a in the south Bronx has a totally different effect than a black guy yelling the Cracker or Honky in Aspen. And it all more to do with the history of oppression that the majority has placed on the rest of the world for generations. So now every time they insult another race it is like throwing it in our faces how many generations your ancestors belittled ours. When we do it has little meaning because there is no history that goes with it. Will white people like that answer? no. Do two wrongs make a right? no. But this is the world we live in.

White human beings ought to somewhat learn how to stay with this. I stay in long island i'm not in a position to get a cab, all individuals have our crosses to bare. There are not any policies that make it unlawful for a guy or female of the main suitable public race (usually white human beings) to declare discriminating comments to persons of a minority races (say particularly lots each and every person else); no such policies or there ought to hundreds of hundreds of crimson necks and Klan persons interior the back of bars. the way an particularly double properly-known happens is that there are policies against speech it particularly is in all probability to incite human beings. A white guy yelling the N-word to a indoors the south Bronx has an particularly distinctive result than a black guy yelling the Cracker or Honky in Aspen. And all of it extra to do with the historic previous of oppression that the main suitable public has located at something of the international for generations. So now each and every time they insult yet yet another race it truly is like throwing it in our faces what variety generations your ancestors belittled ours. as without postpone as we do it has little meaning as a results of actuality there is not any historic previous that is going with it. Will white human beings like that answer? no. Do 2 wrongs make a perfect? no. yet it particularly is the international we live in.

Yes, minorities can get away with saying a lot of racist stuff that white people would be called racist for saying. Some people believe that only whites can be racist, which is just ridiculous. Look at some of the things that Revs. Sharpton and Jackson have said, and they are still out there speaking for black Americans.
It is not illegal to make racial discriminatory remarks, but it is illegal to discriminate because of race, in most circumstances.

I found your question very interesting. I think the fundamental question which needs to be asked first is who gets to be the judge? One way or another, I don't think anyone really gets away with making racist remarks as we all answer to a higher judge. If you, in simple terms, want to know if there is a law out there, I do not think so. Only if the marks are deflamatory and can be proven in a court of law.

Minority race isn't the deciding factor. Non-WASP is.
Evolutionists since the sixteenth century promulgated the view that whites are superior to non-whites. The conquest of lands, peoples and nations by the white races of Europe has used this rationalization to justify their actions.
Though proven unfeasible by the steady progress science has made since Darwin wrote his theory-tale, it is still firmly embraced throughout academia in our time.
Since the politically correct dogma in our society is that evolution has proven that whites are superior, for a minority to make disparaging remarks is dismissed out of hand since "everybody just knows it's not true".
That's the shake-out no matter how it sits with you.

Anybody, regardless of race, can make any stupid comment they want; that falls under freedom of speech. What they can't do is discriminate on the basis of race, e.g. deny employment or housing, etc. Discrimination is illegal, speech is protected.
