I was nauseated for the first several months of my pregnancy. The only thing that I could eat was baked potatoes. I've heard of this working with friends, too, when they were pregnant, and it also works for my sister, who is 11 weeks along. I hope this helps. Sorry you're sick, I know it's miserable!

OBTW, it's better to just put salt and butter on them, the extras (sour cream, cheese, etc) will often make you sick.

Ask your Dr. what he/she can do to help you with the nausea. MIne told be to take Unisom and Vitamin B6 before bed, and that paired with the crackers before I even got out of bed seemed to help. I still had my moments, but nothing like what it was before that!! With any luck your nausea should go away. Mine went away somewhere between 14-16 weeks. Good luck!

Ginger may work for you. I don't know when you take your pre natal vitamin but some people get sick from that. You could try taking that right before bed that way your asleep while it dissolves. I found that flat 7 up worked for me best. You may want to talk to your doctor about medications they have for people with extreme nausea.

When I get nauseated I will drink all natural ginger ale (made with real ginger root) and eat saltines.
You can also get real natural candied ginger at a natural food store and eat some of that.
