it was just okay

they left out soooooooo much from the book
and alot of the stuff the left is out is very crucial to the sixth one
i was kinda dissappointed and it seemed it ended way to quick and the prophecy was cut down sooooooooooooo much also and very very crucial stuff was left out of the prophecy also :/

but this is just me

I just got back from the movie and I really enjoyed it. When I read the book, I felt so much anger from Harry and I felt that the director and Daniel Radcliffe did a great job portraying that. This was probably the best movie showing all the magic...the fight between Dumbledore and Voldemort was phenomenal and the kids learning all the magic was so much fun to watch. I can hardly wait for next Saturday so I can buy the final installment of the books!

the movie was done very well. and i liked the third movie the best until this one. i think i like this one better. far as going with the book. it started off great then got further away but it kinda had to since the other movies left so much out they couldnt get into anything. i thought it was a great movie and now i cant wait for the book 7 to come out.

I liked it. It was quite different from all the other movies, filmmaking wise. Like all the movies, it stuck close to book's plot but not definitively. There were many deleted/altered/added scenes, characters, sublots, and storylines. Also, the third movie was wihtout a doubt the best in the series.

it was a good film in its own right definatly. Luna and Umbridge were both FABULOUS, incredibly true to the book (or at least my perception of their characters)
however, they missed out some things (like the st mungo's scene which could have been incredible) and mess up others (if you're a strong fan you'll know the spell for sirius definatly WASN'T avada.....) . But hey, which of the films hasn't been like this? i reckon they did well - it's hard to translate a 767 page book into film.

go and see it!

it was good (all Harry Potter movies are) but there was a lot of stuff missing from the book, and i wouldve liked more action, but i still liked it

It speeds through the book pretty quickly and without much explanation for those who have never read the books.
I liked the movie, but it was disappointing.
