I had been having problems with IRS trying to convince me that my pension was to be calculated with my husbands SOCIAL SECURITY....? I don't receive S.S.

To this day ,after following the guidelines in this article along with a copy of the CONSTITUTION, I've been able to find 2 cfr( codes of regulations) to resolve my problem. It is urgent that we get Tax Educated !!!!!!!

After seeing the " REAL LAWS " on our tax system "UNFOLD BEFORE MY VERY EYES", I believe ,"WE HAVE A PROBLEM THAT( WE) ARE GOING TO HAVE TO BIND TOGETHER TO RESOLVE" !

YES!. I spoke to a high level individual within the Sudo Social Security Dept who is one that monitors the numbers coming in and going. She sits in quite desperation. Her hands tied and a gag in her mouth (so to speak or not to speak).
As she can no longer observe that then(2002) was an unknown agency(I.D.ed as an unknown branch of NSA ) swipes without prejudice unprecedented amounts of monies that would catch the eye any new bee accountant.
These unknowns have such animosity that some Congressmen either fear for their lives if they questioned further and there are the individuals who know and trust that the monies are being used to: perpetuate,instigate,poke,prod,kill,Mame,unstablize,create havoc of all things known and unknown,above and below ground,in the skies,in space near and vast,. You see, there are two governments.
The one that our forefathers intended for us,the one that I, we, the people of these United States have placed in trust to be the keepers,administrators,law makers all those we elect to defend,uphold, and die for the Freedoms Our Constitution and its amendments afforded to All who legally reside in this great country of ours. The President and vice that currently inhabit the White House are unfortunately of and for the Other government(as he so eloquently demonstrates, invokes,creates unheard of executive powers to protect himself and staff) that had quietly breached the former established one long ago and now sits lofty above firmly inplace and will remain in place. There will not be any new president as the race comes close,something is bad in there plans they have in motion which will create the catalist to invoke executive powers to instill martial law on us all. This will stop any free peoples hands to rid our selves of the those that masquaraded,dupped us all into believing that all thay do is good and the right thing to do. Ted Kennedy I think its time you retire your alcohol soaked brain(you know what you did,your shame will overcome you). I want to see term limits on Senators,Congressmen so that the system will run smoothly unempeded by those who wear out their welcome.
No more wealthy fools,we need real people who know the rules and those who do not make them as they go to protect the upper tenth. The middle class is still hear alive and well ready to do what it is we must do. I got to get off this machine it serves to consume to much of all of our minds. certainly has served its purpose.

Is it some kind of tax denier field day today at yahoo answers where every person with a lame tax denial idea posts a statement trying to advertise a tax denial strategy that masquerades as a question?

The "subtitle A" tax avoidance strategy is well known to the IRS and tax courts and has been resoundly defeated in court. Much like the strategy that "the 16th amendment was never ratified" the 16th amendment was more than ratified.

Also, all tax law goes through the Senate Finance Committee and has NOTHING to do with the president, this one or any past president. Like any law or amendment it mus go through committe to the senate floor, get approval, go through the House floor, get approval, go to the president, get approval, go to the states, [for an amendment] get ratified.

I don't know bout y'all but I am SOOO on this. I believe this has actually been going on since 1992 from the research I have done this past calendar year after my taxes for my business were in complete dissarry and were no different than the ones I filed to previous 3 calendar tax years. There is obvious conflictions in civilian tax rates and to get to the bottom of it could mean exactly what this asker says..The difference between you receiving or NOT receiving your SS benefits when they are due to you. GET ON IT!!

The war - like everything the federal government does - is being funded by congress. Congress gets those funds from the IRS, and by borrowing. Some of that borrowing is accomplished by having the SS 'fund' 'invest' in Federal bonds, the rest of those bonds are just sold on the open market to whoever wants to buy them.

All that money - tax revenue, borrowed funds, and funds effectively 'borrowed' from SS, is used to pay for all government programs: from the hated War to treasured entitlements.

You will not believe me but you don't have to pay income tax, the amendment (16th I think) was never ratified and many Americans are with holding their taxes until the IRS proves it is legal to force the payment. To date the IRS has failed to defend its self. And most stunning is that the taxes paid just meet the interest on the National Debt.
