The tactic where you are in charge of trying to solve a problem, and say that you actually working hard to solve the problem, but your actions are actually making the problem worst, and as the problem gets worst and worst....you say that people need patience...but as time goes by time after time.....the results that you promise are very negative, and you keep saying that more patience is needed....perpetually...and that the very fact that things are this bad is exactly the reason why we need to stay the course that you have established?

The only thing I can compare it with is the principle that the best way to fight a fire is by pouring gasoline on it....and as the fire rages on, that you say that the reason it is getting worst and not better is that we need to pour more gasoline to the fire......and as it rages on further and further and time and time again....you keep singing the same tune....that we need a surge in gasoline pouring unto the fire.

Thank God people like you didn't live during World War 2. The US and Asia would be speaking Japanese and the rest of the world would speak German.

It's called stupidity! Especially when the person in charge is concerned more about how his legacy will be discussed in the history books. Bush is a warmonger, and that is the most dangerous type of person to have in charge.

Keeping terrorists out of the US? Yea, that's a shame. Hey, you and I are both lucky enough to have free speech, the use of a computer and Yahoo! Answers. Wars aren't free of cost either. We haven't had one terrorist attack here yet since 9/11.

Now let's say we had Gore... would we have been better off fighting gas-guzzling SUVs than terrorists? Maybe, just maybe.

the terriorist are not the only ones who lack imaginenation.
Number one while he is saying that him and Chaneys companys are getting rich off this war. when he is out of office it stops and he can sit back and say if another attact occurrs "see I told you so." he comes out smelling like a rose and rich besides. You think he is stupid and that's it.
He has oil wells in the middle east, and a civil war is causing those people to kill each other and then a take over would be easy. without the USA's help they would lack enough guns and ammo to keep the war going. Besides they are giving them training in the best ways to kill each other.
soon there won't be many of them left. A take over will be real easy then and what has he sacrificed? Not near as many as if he had to kill the whole nation by himself.
Keeps us from having to nuke them. the stragedy is working.
they are killing each other so nicely.

it is called financial re-allocation - he is lining the pockets of the war masters and funding a private army called black water - they will lay in the weeds long after this is over and continue stirring up stuff and collecting money thru financial re-allocation better known as defense spending.

their tools - fear, greed and ignorance.

Tactic would imply he is aware of what he is doing. I would call it denial and incompetence.
