There shouldn't be any pain whatsoever during pregnancies. The only pains you should have are contractions when it's time to give birth! Everything is normal! Congratulations and good luck!

Generally speaking yes you should be fine.

The only time for real concern is serious pains accompanied by very heavy bleeding, or just one or the other, especially if you have had a scan at around 7 weeks and everything was looking ok.

Also generally speaking once you reach the 12 week mark the baby is more than likely to develop happily and normally in the womb, but as everyone is different, this may or may not be the case.

You CAN and probably will have some pains during pregnancy, (and not just during labour!)
These pains can include aching under your ribs when the baby lies right under them (I am suffering from this pain right now as we speak!) sciatica, which is when the nerve in your back gets trapped under the weight under the baby (yup, I've had this also!) backache from the weight of the baby in there...even knees and hips can ache under the weight you're carrying.

Your ligaments and muscles also soften up during pregnancy and these can give you aches and pains too.

Not neccesarily, i mean not to worry you, but my baby had died at 6 weeks and i didn't find out until I was 11 weeks with a sonogram, i miscarried 2 weeks later. If you have had a sonogram though and the baby was okay, just take it easy, the first trimester will be over in a few weeks and your chance for miscarriage decreases by 50%.

there is no way to know for sure unless you get an ultrasound, but usually everything is ok. 9-10 weeks lot of women get nervous, since you have almost made it out of the first trimester and don't want anything to happen!!

Everything is fine...if you have doubts or questions go to your Doctor and check it out...the Doctor is as much of a friend as medical advisor. What to know when your expecting is a great reference guide, you can get it at any book store or cheaper at walmart. Good Luck

not literally. You can lose the baby at anytime during pregnancy! Just gotta live one day at a time and hope for the best.
