My Husband and I have been trying to have a baby for a year now. I recentally went on Clomid and I am on my second month at 50mg's. I had my progesterone levels tested on the 7th day after a positive ovulation test. Anyhow my test came back 52.2. I have read that that is REALLY good and that I am either pregnant or carrying twins. Anyone have thoughts??

Today my temp dropped from 98.1 to 97.5 which means my period is going to start. Thank you all for your help and advise.

Unfortunantly it doesn't indicate pregnancy or twins, it just means you ovulated. And with a number that high you most likely released several eggs. So, that does increase your chances of getting pregnant and carrying multiples but a high prog. level doesn't mean for sure that you are pg. Good luck and baby dust!

So, have you tested yet? Let us know how it goes!!!
