There is a guy at work who really likes me.(Hes 40 and Im 25) I know because of the way he always stares at me. I see him looking at me from the corner of my eye and when I look in his direction - he turns away (cute head turn).
But whenever I am talking to someone, he never approaches me. Yet when I leave that person - he will approach them after I have gone. Why?
He's also very quiet around me. But talks a lot to others.
Your thoughts pls?
I have approached him and said 'hi' but he just shys away and avoids talking to me.

Perhaps he is in your words "a lower class person" and he feels he is not worthy to talk to you! You seemed to have forgotten that you have made some offensive remarks yesterday. In fact you should count yourself lucky you haven't been reported by "the riff-raff"! He's 40, possibly married with kids, your'e 25 and single with no family commitments, so go out at the weekend and do whatever 25 year olds do!

He may be shy or feel awkward because of the age difference. Just continue to smile and say hi and he'll come around

Could be a number of things, he could be married or in a relationship, he could think that the age difference is a problem, he might just be very shy....any number of reasons.

Maybe you scare him but not in a bad way, he may find you very independent and be too shy to ask you out, don't wait for him to do the asking, go for it girl and ask him out instead, good luck.

i think that he just weird and have issues hes 40 and u r 25 u can find sm1 ur own age and he old he should have sm game or he probly thinks that u like him or smtin

Obviously he is really attracted to you and feels intimidated by you or just too shy to make any advance so he tries to get feed back from others................................. Either that or he does not like u at all and finds u repugnant.

He seems to be always staring because your staring.You have
him paranoid.He is probably thinking your going to complain.He doesn't fancy you.He's made it clear.Your someone who works at the same place.Nothing else.Stop harassing him.

don't get all stressed out about him because he is afraid of what u think of him so he shys away, if he asks you out, make the right choice.
