Let me guess, I've seen this before (on animal planet). You were walking along minding your own business when a helicoptor flew over. They shot you in the neck with a tranquilizer dart . The next thing you know you wake up in a different neighborhood, with a screaming headache and a tag on your ankle. Does that sound about right?
Yeah, you are being studied by Fish & Game, my buddy had the same thing happen to him!

you cant seem to follow the rules well enough and therefore you must be tagged so and eye can be kept on you. Please do not attemp to take it off or go past the perimeter set.
